BEST COMPANIES GROUP SMS/MMS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BridgeTower OpCo, LLC, through Best Companies Group (“Best Companies Group”), offers a messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these SMS/MMS Program Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). By opting-in to the Program, you agree to these Terms.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages (including SMS and MMS) from Best Companies Group at the number you or your employer provided during signup or any other number you designate. These text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Program Description

Users who opt into the Program will receive messages related to survey invitation, reminders, and other Program-related updates and communications.

Cost and Message Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult with your carrier for rate information.

Message frequency varies. Best Companies Group reserves the right to change the frequency of messages sent at any time, including to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent. Best Companies Group also reserves the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Best Companies Group, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation

If you no longer wish to participate in the Program, you may opt out at any time by texting the applicable short code (or, where applicable, a regular long code phone number) or by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message. You may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your decision to opt out.

You may be subscribed to multiple Programs across different short codes or regular long code phone numbers. Accordingly, you must separately text or reply STOP to each short code or long code phone number from which you wish to unsubscribe.

Support

For support regarding the Program, text “HELP” to the applicable Program’s short code or long code, or email us at [email protected]. Please note that contacting us via this email address, or texting “HELP” to the Program’s short or long code is not an acceptable method of opting out of the Program. To opt-out, you must follow the procedures set forth above.

Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Best Companies Group does not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers collected through the Program to any third party.

Changes to these Terms

Best Companies Group may update these Terms from time to time by updating this page, and any such changes will be effective upon posting. Please check these Terms periodically for any changes and the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
