1st Century Bank CEO

Mr. DiNapoli is President and Chief Executive Officer of 1st Century Bank. Mr. DiNapoli has over 20 years of experience in banking and finance, including extensive loan analysis and financial modeling for middle market companies and high net worth individuals. Mr. DiNapoli joined 1st Century Bank as a founding officer before the Bank opened in 2003. He became President of the Bank in 2007, and CEO in 2008. Mr. DiNapoli started his banking career at Union Bank where he attended Union Bank’s Management Training Program in 1991. Mr. DiNapoli has a B.A. in history from University of California Berkeley. Mr. DiNapoli served as a Trustee of the University of California Berkeley Foundation from 2014-2016, Vice President of the University of California Library Advisory Committee, a former member of the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art Drawings Committee, and a former board member of the March of Dimes, Southern California Chapter.
