Pricing

To register for the program, all participants will pay a mandatory non-refundable $499 registration fee. If you are able to use the online employee survey, there are no additional costs, unless you opt to purchase the BCG Insights Report package, need employee survey translations ($250 flat fee for a bundle of languages) or desire to customize. Please see the chart below to determine the survey selection, as well as the additional fees regarding company size and survey method. How many of your employees will be surveyed depends on the size of your company.

***Employees are randomly selected. Best Companies Group offers the option to survey more employees than the random sample calculated in the above chart, and/or include additional employees in the survey process who work in locations outside of the program area.   1. Should you need the employee survey translated into another language, there is a $250 cost for a bundle of languages.
  2. We can survey more employees than the random sample listed above! $1.50 per extra survey sent.
  3. Your organization may be interested in custom survey design options to generate more meaningful and actionable BCG Insights Report package if purchased.
  4. We offer more in-depth reporting beyond the optional BCG Insights Report package. Visit Advanced Reporting.
  5. Registered organizations cancelling participation after Aug 11, 2023, will be assessed an additional $125 withdrawal fee.
