Registration Deadline / Enhancement Deadline

Participation registration deadline. The Primary Contact will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] and further instruction immediately following registration. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.
Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.
Portal Sent
Aug 25, 2026
A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the Primary Contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.
Portal Deadline
Aug 28, 2026
Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.
IT Test
Sep 17, 2026
A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the Primary Contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.
Employee Surveys Sent
Sep 22, 2026
Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Remote and Hybrid Workplaces in America Employee Survey."
Reminders will follow on 9/24, 9/29, 10/1 & 10/6 for those who have not completed the survey.
Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

Access to the Purchased BCG EnGauge Dashboard Sent

Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard packages will be sent to organizations via email who purchased their results.
