Participation Registration Deadline
Sep 2, 2022
Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Registration and recognition are free. Companies who opt to purchase additional services will receive an invoice via email (if applicable). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.
Portal Sent / Customization Deadline

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.
Deadline to submit all employee survey customization requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.
Employer Questionnaire Sent
Sep 9, 2022
A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.
Portal Deadline
Sep 9, 2022
Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.
Employer Questionnaire Deadline

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.
IT Test
Sep 26, 2022
A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.
Employee Surveys Sent
Sep 30, 2022
Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email.
Employee Survey Deadline
Oct 14, 2022
Completed Employee Surveys are due.
Notifications Sent to Participants
November 2022
BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.
Purchased BCG Insights Report Package Sent
December 2022
BCG Insights Report packages are sent to organizations who purchased their results.
