Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Registration and recognition are free. Companies who opt to purchase additional services will receive an invoice via email (if applicable). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Employee Surveys Sent

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work in Dispensary/Cultivation - Employee Survey."
Reminders will follow on October 19, 24, 26, 31 and November 2 & 7 for those who have not completed the survey.
Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.
