Registration Deadline / Enhancement Deadline
Oct 11, 2024
Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Registration and recognition are free. Companies who opt to purchase additional services will receive an invoice via email (if applicable). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.
Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.
Portal Sent
Oct 15, 2024
A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.
Employer Questionnaire Sent
Oct 17, 2024
A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.
Portal Deadline
Oct 18, 2024
Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

IT Test

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.
Employee Surveys Sent
Nov 12, 2024
Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work in Cannabis - Employee Survey."
Reminders will follow on November 14, 19, 21, 26 and December 3 for those who have not completed the survey.
Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants. The rankings are to remain confidential until the publication is released. Please refrain from announcing this publicly or internally with your team until the publication has been posted, thanks!
Access to the Purchased BCG EnGauge Dashboard Sent

Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard will be sent to organizations via email to those who purchased their results.
