Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative. After this date, a withdrawal fee will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to at registration.

A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the Primary Contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Sep 3, 2026

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the Primary Contact at each of the registered companies.

Sep 4, 2026

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Sep 18, 2026

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Sep 24, 2026

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the Primary Contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Sep 29, 2026

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best RIAs to Work For Employee Survey."

Reminders will follow on October 1, 6, 8, and 13 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the Primary Contact shortly before the survey launch.

Nov 10, 2026

If purchased, access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard will be sent to the Primary Contacts via email.

Early November 2026

BCG prepares and issues notification emails to Primary Contacts at the registered companies.
