Registration Deadline / Enhancement Deadline

Participation registration deadline. Companies will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] and further instruction immediately following registration.
Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative. After this date, a withdrawal fee will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to at registration.
Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.
Portal Sent
Aug 19, 2025
A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.
Employer Questionnaire Sent
Aug 21, 2025
A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.
Portal Deadline
Aug 22, 2025
Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

IT Test
Sep 11, 2025
A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.
Employee Surveys Sent
Sep 16, 2025
Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work in Virginia Employee Survey."
Reminders will follow on September 18, 23, 25, and 30 for those who have not completed the survey.
Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard Sent
Oct 28, 2025
Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard will be sent via email to organizations who purchased their results.
Benchmarks will be sent in December to those who purchased their results.

March 2026
Awards event and publication to honor the winners of the Best Places to Work in Virginia.
