Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will receive an invoice via email (if applicable). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email.

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

BCG Insights Report  packages are sent to organizations who purchased their results.
