Credit card receipts will come from an email ending in stripe.com. Otherwise, invoices will be delivered soon after the registration deadline from [email protected].

A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Sep 25, 2026

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Oct 15, 2026

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work in Tennessee - Employee Survey."

Reminders will follow on October 22, 27, 29 and November 3 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.
