Participation registration deadline. Companies will receive a confirmation email and further instruction immediately following registration. Companies will receive an invoice via email (if applicable) soon after the registration deadline. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice receipt.

Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative. After this date, a withdrawal fee will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to at registration.

Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

May 28, 2026

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

May 29, 2026

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Jun 12, 2026

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Jun 18, 2026

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Jun 23, 2026

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work in NYC - Employee Survey." Reminders will follow on June 25, 30, July 2 & 7 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

Summer 2026

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

Aug 4, 2026

Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard will be sent via email to organizations who purchased their results.
