Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Deadline to submit all employee survey customization requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.
