Participation registration deadline. The Primary Contact at the registered organization will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] and further instruction immediately following registration. If applicable, credit card receipts will come from an email ending in stripe.com. Otherwise, if purchases are made, invoices will be delivered soon after the registration deadline from [email protected]. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting [email protected]. After this date, a withdrawal fee will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to at registration.

Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the Primary Contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Feb 5, 2026

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the Primary Contact at each of the registered companies.

Feb 6, 2026

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Feb 20, 2026

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Feb 26, 2026

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the Primary Contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Mar 3, 2026

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Lawn & Landscape's Best Places to Work Employee Survey".

Reminders will follow on March 5, 10, 12, 17, 19 & 24 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the Primary Contact shortly before the survey launch.

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

If purchased, access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard will be sent to the Primary Contacts via email.
