A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Jul 24, 2025

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

Jul 25, 2025

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Aug 8, 2025

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Aug 14, 2025

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Aug 19, 2025

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Contractors to Work for in Construction - Employee Survey".

Reminders will follow on August 21, 26, 28, September 2 & 4 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard packages will be sent via email to organizations who purchased their results.
