Participation registration deadline. Companies will receive a confirmation email and further instruction immediately following registration. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Aug 22, 2024

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

Aug 23, 2024

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Sep 12, 2024

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Sep 17, 2024

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Great Workplaces in Minnesota - Employee Survey." Reminders will follow on September 19, 24, 26 & October 1 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard packages are sent to organizations via email who purchased their results.
