Registration Deadline / Enhancement Deadline

Participation registration deadline. Companies will receive a confirmation email and further instruction immediately following registration. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.
Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.
Portal Sent
Jul 1, 2025
A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.
Employer Questionnaire Sent
Jul 3, 2025
A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.
Portal Deadline
Jul 7, 2025
Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.
Employer Questionnaire Deadline

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.
IT Test
Jul 24, 2025
A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.
Employee Surveys Sent
Jul 29, 2025
Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from surveys@bestcompaniesgroup.com with subject line of "Best Places to Work on Long Island - Employee Survey."
Reminders will follow on July 31, August 5, 7, and 12 for those who have not completed the survey.
Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.
BCG EnGauge Dashboard Sent
Sept 9, 2025
BCG EnGauge Dashboard packages are sent to organizations who purchased their results.
