Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will receive an invoice via email (if applicable). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Jan 9, 2025

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

Jan 10, 2025

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Jan 24, 2025

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Jan 30, 2025

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Feb 4, 2025

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida- Employee Survey."

Reminders will follow on February 6, 11, 13, and 18 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

March 2025

Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard will be sent via email to participating organizations.
