Participation registration deadline. Companies will receive a confirmation email and further instruction immediately following registration. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

April 11, 2024

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

April 12, 2024

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

April 26, 2024

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

May 2, 2024

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

May 7, 2024

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of “Best Places to Work in South Carolina – Employee Survey”.

Reminders will follow on May 9, 14, 16 and 21 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

May 21, 2024

Completed Employee Surveys are due.

June 2024

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

June 18, 2024

Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard will be sent to participating organizations via email.
