Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting [email protected]. After this date, a withdrawal fee and all applicable enhancement fees will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to at registration.

Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the Primary Contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Jul 17, 2025

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the Primary Contact at each of the registered companies.

Jul 18, 2025

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Aug 1, 2025

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Aug 7, 2025

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the Primary Contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Aug 12, 2025

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work in New Orleans Employee Survey."

Reminders will follow on August 14, 19, 21 & 26 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the Primary Contact shortly before the survey launch.

Aug 26, 2025

Completed Employee Surveys are due.

September 2025

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the Primary Contact at the registered companies.

October 2, 2025

Access to BCG EnGauge Dashboard will be sent via email to the Primary Contacts at the participating organizations.
