Participation registration deadline. The Primary Contact at the registered organization will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] and further instruction immediately following registration.

Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting [email protected]. After this date, a withdrawal fee and all applicable enhancement fees will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed to at registration.

A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the Primary Contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

May 21, 2026

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the Primary Contact at each of the registered companies.

May 22, 2026

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Jun 5, 2026

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Jun 11, 2026

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the Primary Contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Jun 16, 2026

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work in Maine Employee Survey."

Reminders (resends of the survey) will follow on June 18, 23, 25, and 30 for those with email who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the Primary Contact shortly before the survey launch.

Completed Employee Surveys are due.

Jul 28, 2026

Access to the BCG EnGauge Dashboard will be sent to the Primary Contacts via email.

Aug 2026

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the Primary Contacts at the registered companies.
