Participation registration deadline. Companies will receive a confirmation email and further instruction immediately following registration. Companies will receive an invoice via email (if applicable) soon after the registration deadline. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

A Web link for the Employee Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organisations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

9 Jan 2025

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

10 Jan 2025

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Employee Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

24 Jan 2025

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

30 Jan 2025

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

4 Feb 2025

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work in Cornwall - Employee Survey."

Reminders will follow on 6, 11, 13, and 18 February for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

18 Feb 2025

Completed Employee Surveys are due.

Mar 2025

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

18 Mar 2025

BCG EnGauge Dashboard packages are sent to organisations who purchased their results.
