Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a Best Companies Group representative.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organizations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

Jun 19, 2025

A Web link for the Best Companies Group Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

Jun 20, 2025

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to Best Companies Group via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

Jul 15, 2025

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Places to Work: Law Firms - Employee Survey."

Reminders will follow on July 17, 22, 24 and 29 for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.
