Participation registration deadline. Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours. Companies will receive an invoice via email (if applicable). Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Companies choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

Deadline to submit all employee survey enhancement requests, request alternate language surveys and request to survey additional employees.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. Organisations or companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal.

26 Sep 2024

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

27 Sep 2024

Deadline to submit employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses.

11 Oct 2024

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

17 Oct 2024

A sample of the employee survey invitation will be sent to the primary contact as well as the IT contact. This sample is for testing purposes only.

22 Oct 2024

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email from [email protected] with subject line of "Best Financial Advisers to Work For - Employee Survey."

Reminders will follow on 24, 29, & 31 October and 5 November for those who have not completed the survey.

Access codes for employees without email will be sent to the primary contact shortly before the survey launch.

5 Nov 2024

Completed Employee Surveys are due.

December 2024

BCG prepares and issues notification letters to the participants.

3 Dec 2024

Access to your BCG EnGauge Dashboard are sent via email to organisations who purchased their results.
