Executive Authorisation Consent<\/h3>\n

I have authorization from the executive(s) to enter this organisation into the programme.<\/p>\n

Eligibility Requirements Met<\/h3>\n

The organisation I am registering meets the Eligibility criteria<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Survey Completion Agreement<\/h3>\n

The organisation must complete BCG’s two part survey process including the Employer Benefits & Policies Questionnaire (EQ)<\/a> and the Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey (EESS)<\/a> according to the Timeline<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Minimum Response Agreement<\/h3>\n

The organisation must receive a minimum number of responses on the EESS to ensure our data is credible. If not enough responses are received, our ability to be considered for the list or to receive a statistically valid BCG EnGauge Dashboard<\/a> may be impacted.<\/p>\n

Fees Agreement<\/h3>\n

I understand that we are responsible for paying for any additional services ordered (customization, translation fees, additional reporting, etc.), and the withdrawal fee of \u00a3100 (if we withdraw after the registration deadline), if applicable.<\/p>\n

Final Authorization and Executive Consent<\/h3>\n
